Seat Attendants

Seat Attendant:

• Responsible for directing guests to their seats, verbally greeting guests as they enter, approach directing guests to their seats you and monitoring/supervising sections.
• Keeping the aisles and walkway’s clear of patrons.
• Proactively assisting patrons with any questions or concerns they may have
• Ensuring patrons do not obstruct others views’ by walking to their seats while a play is in action.
• Checking your section post-event for any lost items.
• Reporting any and all incidents to Event Manager

Club Seat Attendant:

• Responsible for verbally greeting guests as they enter, er,  directing guests to their seats  and monitoring/supervising sections.
• Keeping the aisles and walkway’s clear of patrons.
• Proactively assisting patrons with any questions or concerns they may have
• Ensuring patrons do not obstruct others views’ by walking to their seats while a play is in action.
• Checking your section post-event for any lost items.
• Reporting any and all incidents to Event Manager

These are union positions which fall under the Pittsburgh Stadium Independent Employees Union (PSIEU).  If hired for either position, you would be required to join the PSIEU and incur any costs/fees associated.
