Guest Services:

• Responsible for greeting and providing assistance to all guests, have specific knowledge of Heinz Field layout and policies, to assist guests with questions and/or comments.

Elevator Operators:

• Responsible for verbally greeting guests, operating the elevator and checking tickets.
