Chef
Tom Langan comes to Heinz Field with experience from hotels and Country
clubs throughout Pennsylvania and Florida. He has received many distinguished
awards including being featured on the Today Show. In the March issue of Whirl
Magazine, he was recognized for his talents in creating a menu for the infamous
Ireland Fund held at Heinz Field. His talents and expertise has landed
Chef Tom a spot on the Aramark review board to improve menu standards for
Aramark Corporation.
Executive Sous Chef Dustin
Miller comes to Heinz Field with a varied experience in fine dinning
restaurants as well as hotels after his graduation from the Culinary Institute
of America in 2002. This year, by featuring his own creative version of Arugula
Salad, Chef Dustin placed third in Aramark’s culinary competition which included
Aramark chefs from around the entire United States.
