The Steelers Online Store currently accepts payments by  Visa & Mastercard only

  • For your  security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match the above critera.
     

Redeeming Promotional or Discount codes:

  • Codes must be entered exactly as they appear.
  • Codes are Case Sensitive
  • There is a difference between Promotion Code and Gift Certificate. Be sure to use the correct code in the correct box.

We are unable to change or cancel any orders at the purchaser's request once the order is submitted.
 

Orders may be cancelled by our system due to the following:
 

  • Difficulty in processing payment
  • Unable to ship to requested address
  • Duplicate order was placed
     

Should your order be cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification for the reason of the cancellation.
 

You will not incur any charges for orders cancelled by our system.
 

If you continue to have orders cancelled by our system, please check the following:
 

  • Make sure your billing address matches the address of where your creditcard statement is mailed.
  • Check your Steelers Account to make sure your information is current.
     

If an item is backordered, associated shipping fees will be charged during the ordering process
 

Backorder Items will be shipped as soon as they are available via FedEx Ground.

If the item's status becomes discontinued after your order is processed, an e-mail notification will be sent or you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
 

Back orders under $10.00 are automatically cancelled.

NOTE: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.

Charges are calculated before taxes.

Estimated Delivery Dates:

Shipping your item on time is very important to us.  Estimated delivery dates are calculated to help you determine when your order will arrive.  Estimated times do not include delivery of back ordered items, drop-ship and/or special order items.

We do our best to provide you with accurate information. Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  You will receive an email with complete tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.

FedEx 2 Day air orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 noon (EST.) will be delivered two business days after the order is placed.  Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon (EST.) will be delivered the following Wednesday.

FedEx Overnight orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 noon (EST.) will be delivered the following business day.  Overnight orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon (EST) will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Delivery times do not include nationally recognized holidays.

Pittsburgh Steelers are not responsible for carrier delays.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Below is a map of estimated delivery times for FedEx Standard Ground shipping.  FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday through Saturday to most residences and Monday through Friday to businesses.  All orders ship from our distribution center located in Pittsburgh, PA

 Please Note: Due to seasonal volume FedEx does not guarantee delivery times for ground packages placed between December 15th and January 1st.  Delivery of 2Day and Overnight orders are no longer guaranteed by FedEx if placed between December 19th and January 1st.


* Additional charges may be applied if actual costs exceed original shipping charge. You will be notified via
   email prior to charge.

* Shipping times are estimates. All shipping times are based on business days; Saturdays and Sundays are 
   excluded. The Pittsburgh Steelers cannot be held responsible for orders held up in customs

Standard FedEx Home Delivery. 

  • Orders shipped to companies are shipped FedEx Ground which delivers Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

Standard FedEx Overnight.

  • Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
  • This service is available Monday through Friday.

Standard FedEx 2-Day.

  • By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7p.m. to residences).
  • This service is available Monday through Friday.


APO and FPO Addresses:
- All packages will be sent via United States Postal Service.
- Orders will usually arrive 14-21 business days after order processing (for in-stock items only).
- Please see Standard delivery charges for rates.

Standard delivery to Canada:
- Orders usually arrive within 10-14 days after order processing (for in-stock items only)
- Add an additional charge of $30 to the standard shipping rate.

Standard delivery to Alaska & Hawaii:
- Standard Ground Shipped Orders usually arrive within 9-10 days after order processing (for in-stock items only)

International Standard delivery:
- All International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. 
- Orders usually arrive within 14-21 business days after order processing (for in-stock items only)
- All international customers are responsible for any taxes or duties charged by their government.
- Add and additional charge of $40 to the shipping rate.

Please Note:

International Shipping
Packages are shipped Express mail service through United States Postal Service to your border. With this service a valid phone number is required and orders without will be cancelled. The time a package remains in customs will be dependent on the customs regulations of each destination country. Due to cost, orders will be shipped in their entirety. You will be notified via email of backordered items.

You will be responsible for any duties or taxes by your country.
After clearing customs, your local post may require you to pick up personally at their local location. All packages require a signature
