Steelers players have grown accustomed to signing
autographs for fans, but there is a new member of the Steelers family that has
been in demand for autographs at training camp this year.
Steely McBeam, the team's
new mascot, has been at camp daily meeting fans and signing autographs for kids
and adults – at times signing over 100 autographs a day.
Steely McBeam will be at
all home games this year and will be making appearances at charitable events
throughout the Pittsburgh area during the year – including an
upcoming visit to Children's Hospital.
