PITTSBURGH — The Steelers were issued two
compensatory draft picks in next month's NFL Draft, the league office announced.
The two compensatory selections give the Steelers a total of nine draft picks
this year.
The Steelers will receive their
first compensatory selection in the fourth round, which is the 33rd
pick in the round and 132nd overall. The team's second compensatory
selection is in the fifth round, marking the 33rd choice in the round
and 170th overall.
Since the NFL began awarding
compensatory draft picks in 1994, the Steelers have received a total of
18.
