Giants: Dressed for the first time in 13 weeks when Mike Vrabel was unable to play because of a knee injury…saw action only on special teams.

COLLEGE: Played defensive end in college after walking-on as a freshman and became Colorado State's all-time sacks leader (33). 1999: Finished with 87 tackles, 14 tackles for losses and eight sacks. 1998: Registered 66 tackles, including 14 tackles for losses and 11 sacks as a junior. 1997: Started every game and recorded 66 tackles (16 for losses) and 11 sacks. 1996: Registered 43 tackles, 10 stops for losses and three sacks. 1995: Redshirted as a walk-on...majored in art.

PERSONAL: Played football, basketball and track at Peninsula High School in Torrance, Calif...earned three varsity letters in each sport...was named all-league as a tight end and a defensive tackle in 1993 and '94, respectively...also earned All-Division honors...helped Peninsula to league title in 1994...is the son of Ollie and Doris Haggans...has one sister...Full name: Clark Cromwell Haggans.
